High ping. Bad lag w/70fps

Okay well recently ive been experiencing some weird problems while playing DayZ. Anyways let me start off by saying my computer specs to clarify i dont have that bad of a computer.

 

CPU- Intel i5-3570k Ivy Bridge

Mobo- AsRock z77 Extreme 4

RAM- 4gb G.Skills (Ripjaws? i think lol)

Samsung Evo 120gb ssd

EVGA 650ti boost superclocked

wired connection

 

Okay so anyways recently when i play some specific servers i get extremely high ping like 600 and i am not getting kicked. It seems like all the servers using the infistar.de anti hack lag thie crap out of me. Now when i play an Overwatch mod server called Zombz i dont think im pinging that high, but i get 70fps and have 4 second lag intervals it just dosent make sense. Occasioanally my fps will drop to 20 but shoot up to 70 (while lagging the whole time). Ive tried restarting my computer, restarting my router and modem multiple times, closing all tasks and windows on my computer etc to no avail. Its really starting to get on my nerves because i dont have that bad of computer specs and i spend all this money to run this kind of game with no probelms.

Anyways if anyone knows a fix please let me know

20 FPS is fine.
