Cannot change character model

The character model reverts back to the default immediately after leaving the character create screen. this is happening to a few people now and I have commented several times about it but haven't received any kind of answer. Could somebody please even let me know they are aware of the bug?

This happened to me the first time I played. I was "black girl".

 

But after that, everything works fine for me now. My default stays where I put it and it is working between servers and after death.

Mine just hasnt fixed itself.
