Lose everything on reconnect

On DayZ standalone i lose all my stuff everytime i relog when i play with my friends on a US server and im from EU. And i can just connect to it if i enter the port and IP and cant see it in my favs.

Is it not posible to keep the stuff when you play on a US server from EU? Or wtf is going on?
