Spawn Problem

I died in a US sever and tried to respawn (I'm new to this and I'm not sure if that SHOULD have worked) and it didn't work so I tried to leave and the game wouldn't let me so I forced shutdown the game (ctrl+alt+del) and any server I join it will spawn me incapacitated with an hour glass that will not change/ run out. I included a screenshot. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried pressing escape then hitting respawn?

Also this is a known problem with multiple threads in the bug reports forum. I would try looking through those threads if you can't find a solution.
