Not yet. They are working on them right now I think.

Was wondering about this myself also. Apparently there are no vehicles or means to repair them in alpha as of yet, but someone do correct me if wrong.

Like Narko said, there isn't, and there won't be for a while.  They are completely redesigning vehicles.
