Im stuck inside a building, what to do?

Hello!

 

I've had a great experience with the standalone until i got stuck inside one of those big new high buildings. Im at the ground, cant come out. I can't press the respawn, but need to wait a looong death.

 

Can't i do anything?

Have you tried jumping out?
