Awful fps

I run i7 2630, 6 giga RAM, nvidia 540m
What I've done:
- forced through nvidia control panel to use nvidia GPU and not integrated gpu (i'm on laptop)
- setted in profile this:
sceneComplexity=150000; shadowZDistance=100; viewDistance=1800; preferredObjectViewDistance=1600;
- setted in config this:
GPU_MaxFramesAhead and GPU_DetectedFramesAhead to = 1
- setted everything on normal, low or very low in game settings
- forced v-sync and AA DISABLED through nvidia control panel

Achieved 8 fps on the respawning coast.
So... now?
I've played Arma 2, DayZ mod and no things like that occured in past.

Can't be: I run games like Bioshock Infinite at max setting without problem, I can understand not the same performance as a single player game, but can't otherwise be 8 fps in the wild =|

Thank you but no, is not this type of issue. Surely some bad integration with some graphic card or other stuff like this, dunno what do
