How do you heal In SA?

Besides Blood giving.

 

I am not so sure on the method of healing yourselves!  I have a character who's vision is blurry, now I have food and fluid and have tried replenishing health this way to no avail.  Am I missing something?

 

Also when it says my guy is Tired, what the hell am I supposed to do?

How do i know that i don't have to eat? My messages stopped appearing like 5hrs ago and never got any since then.

That's hard to find out at moment ^^ Never had any hunger messages over 4 hours... than i thought, ok let's eat a can of beans and after that i got every 4 minutes a message of hunger. It's little buggy atm...

The thirst one is confusing, after drinking a can it tells me I'm thirsty again. I hope this is a glitch.

I'll stop posting in the wrong sections, cheers for sorting that out.

Well i ate several cans of beans and drank some water..

Didn't get any ''My hunger/thirst is satisfied'' msg anyways
