Stuck in building?

Okay,

 

So i am underneath a building in berezino. I am stuck and cant get out. I cant press the respawn button so i cannot kill myself.

 

Is there any way to become unstuck, or kill myself?

 

If not, how long does it take to starve yourself?

You could try sprinting around in a circle. Eventually you'll pass out and be able to Respawn! Or if you have any rotten food, you could eat it and hope for the worst!
