Food/Drink Value Sheet + Explanation of Text Messages

I looked into the game data and wrote out the most important data to learn how to use drinks and food correctly.

I listed all Food and Drink Data, the Player values like max. Energy/Water/Stomach/Blood/Health and explanations for the most common text messages and their effects.
