I can't join any servers?

So I spent the better part of the morning setting my controls, character, and visuals to how I like them, along with tweaking my launch parameters and my .cfg.

The only thing I haven't been able to do is connect to any servers; I continuously get a "Unable to connect to server" or "Refused to connect" message with a big, red "Restart" button. This is regardless of players or ping on the server, and for all servers I've tried (the better half of what's available).

Anyone else having a trouble/know a fix?
