Resting / exhaustion

Does anyone know a way to rest or regain stamina?

Or is it not implimented yet so you will just pass out and have to wait for 30 minutes or respawn.

I undestand it is alpha..hell almost feels like "pre-alpha". I think being able to craft a sleeping bag or blanket or even sleep in abandoned beds in buildings would be a good way to get "rest"...So just staying there for 2-5 minutes to be able to go on for another few hours...and when you log off for a variable amount of time count towards rest?
