Is Utes still an island east of the mainland ? I can't get on until tomorrow to find out

In the February deb blog when they showed the new swamps, they also showed that Utes had been added. It can be seen here at the 9:12 mark

I swam..excitement was not found on utes, maybe later. Probably somewhere where Lee Harvey and KoS can hang out and shoot people who are attempting the swim. oooops.
