Some people use side chat, can't acess it.

I'm not sure what's this all about, in some servers that i get into, mostly Atlanta or Dallas the chat system for side and global are turned off, no problem for me really, the problem is, i see some people capable of using side chat in these servers even global.

Is there probably something missing from my configurations? Or maybe it's then that did something extra to get it working? Some people also don't semm to be able to hear me talk from Direct chat or voice comm, but if the server has side chat, they can read what i'm saying.

I think it's because they don't have the right beta files. I think it's also why many spawn in the debug zone. I was on a server lastnight where people kept complaining over side chat about being in the debug zone
