whats the difference between verteran expert recruit and regular?

I think it still varies between servers, even when they label themselves that way, but I have found:

Regular - Can do 3rd person, can set waypoints on map that appear on HUD, have a crosshair

Veteran - Sometimes can do 3rd person, can set waypoints but don't appear on HUD, no cross hair

Expert/Hardcore - No 3rd person, , can set waypoints but don't appear on HUD, no cross hair

I've been on some Hardcore that allow 3rd or waypoints.

I despise not having 3rd person view. Only because being in 1st person too long makes me nauseous.
