Hi i have 2 questions about dayz..

 

do i need ARMA2&DLCS to play dayz mod?

how many players playing dayz? if you need ARMA is it worth it?

Anytime, I also suggest if you are going to pick them up to play dayz you use dayz commander http://www.dayzcommander.com/ for updating and running the different dayz variants.

I also recommend you get the PMC DLC and BAF DLC for hd skins.

Top suggestion, but if your low on cash they can wait. They do make a vast difference in your characters look.
