This is the main error message I've been getting "No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgVehicles/M119.turnCoef' and Addon 'dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_Missions_BAF_2' I have downloaded, extracted, and installed the 1.62 patch multiple times. I bought the game from the BI studios website (in the game when I check expansions it says (Lite) next to BAF and the other one) Nothing on the site implied that wasn't the full version, it was 80% off and I'm wondering if they put the wrong download on their server? To avoid what I already know, I am installing the mods first, and I'm not clicking on greyed out servers on DayZ commander. Under DayZ commander it says my game is up to date (I googled my error message and it said to update the game) but in the actual game it says Version 1.62 Required 1.62 (Required 1.62 is i red, idk if that means anything). I have downloaded and installed the patch about 2 dozen times now and I keep getting the same error message, despite everything I read online saying it's caused from the game not being updated. captionclosed 0 Posted December 10, 2013 (edited) Really regretting buying this game... 3 days and I still can't play it, and I can't even get any kind of response for help. Not even a suggestion. Pretty lame. Is it because I said I was going to torrent it (because the website download didn't work) and then I did in fact download it from the site anyway? Does just saying the word torrent bar me from getting help? I mean this is the official day z forum right? I'm sure I'm not the only person to ever have this issue. captionclosed 0 Posted December 13, 2013 5 days and not one single response. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried completely deleting everything, re downloading, and reinstalling, and nothing worked. This is seriously getting frustrating. Isn't this whole site made by the person who made the mod? (OA, Free, etc) Hey, I had just about given up, and figured I'd give it one more shot lol. I have not checked my directories, I installed them to the default place the installer asked me to install to. I have checked (and downloaded) the latest beta patch (1.62 I believe?) I have ARMA 2: Combined Operations. I bought it from Bohemia Interactive for like 5 bucks. However when I check my games it says (Lite) outside Arma 2 and Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead. I don't know what the (Lite) is allabout, considering it didn't say it was a lesser version or anything. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I installed Dayz using Dayz commander. when I click "launch Dayz now" or click on a server to join it gives me the message stated by CaptionClosed. I have been on Dayz Commanders install/update page and I installed the Arma II patch and Dayz to patch 1.8.2. Also when I lauch Operation Arrowhead using the disc I just get put onto dayz and when I click on multiplayer no servers come up... I don't know what to do... I'd ask on another site, it seems like they have a "take the money and run" approach to handling troubleshooting in this game. 10 days and no suggestions? Awful. Let me say, if this is a fan site, with no one related to the game, then I take back my previous comment, if it is run by the creators, my comment stands. I personally gave up and uninstalled.
