How to Join Private Hives

I tried searching for their IP and port in DayZCommander, but none of them show up.

do you use DayZ commander? if so - uncheck the 'show official only' (or however it is worded) box - other than that they should show fine.

what do you use to launch it (dayz command, 6starter, steam, arma 2 manually etc.)?

and what are your server filter settings in that programme?

You don't search the IP. Add the IP and port into FAVOURITES and it will appear in that list.

You search keywords (like super private hive, a certain private hive) in the search function in server browser.

On DayZ Commander if there is a cloud with an x in the middle it isn't a public hive.

But if that x is there it is a private hive.
