We focus on the attitude of our players and not so much the skill level. The skill level of a person can always be changed, the attitude not so much. Loyalty is a big thing to us and here you aren't just handed ranks and we hope for the best. You earn what you get and it is yours, and by that i mean the respect you get. At the same time we do not disrespect others even the new players or new recruits. You should take note, nothing is yours it's the groups. I don't care how long you work for it, a successful group has selfless members.
