Turn Off HUD

I think it would be good if there was a button to turn off main HUD elements for screenshots...I myself am a perfectionist and like no HUD to get in the way of my bootiful pictures.

Shouldn't be too hard; the only UI in the SA (as far as I know) is your hotbar.

There should be no hotbar in SA whatsoever.

 

However, there should be small, discrete visual indicators for people who are hearing impared/don't use sound for whatever reason.

The hotbar wont show up unless you interact with it. So as long as no one is talking, your screen will have no visual hud

I would like the hotbar appearing only when you scroll or press a hotkey button.

I think text messages should go too and replace them with some injuries toggleable UI, like the inventory UI; or include injuries and thirst level within the inventory UI.

I think no HUD at all increases immersion.
