New Player Looking for Tactical Clan

Hey everyone,

 

I am a big fan of survival games, zombie games, shooters, etc. I played other survival games and have been waiting and waiting for the DayZ standalone. It got to the point that I finally broke and purchased Arma II so that I could play the DayZ Mod. I haven't had the game very long but I learn quickly and have been familiarizing myself more and more. I am simply looking to find other players to play with. I have Epoch, Origins, etc. I have been playing both vanilla and epoch to get my feet wet.

 

I normally specialize in counter sniping and recon in tactical/survival games. However, I am willing to fill any general role and I am a team player. I am still obviously learning the game and am just interesting in having some in game friends to roam with. I will be an active player and will also be playing the standalone when it is released.

 

I am 25

CST time zone

Usually available to play on weekends as well as late at night many days, some early mornings.

I am a full time college student and am often busy, but winter break is approaching and I will have 3 weeks off that is mostly free.

 

Note: I understand that posting that you are looking for a clan rather than simply applying to one is annoying to some people. The issue is that I am new to this game in particular and I want to be in a clan that is OK with my lack of experience (although I am a fast learner and do not want to be carried, but to simply have allies).

We've been around since 2002, have supported Day Z since launch and will be supporting it well into stand alone as well as continuing to support Day Z Mod (Epoch). We're an adult clan that's very stable and reliable (so we wont just disappear in a months time like some!) and take pride in our clean reputation and integrity.

 

We're primarily an open community for gamers to come and go, taking part in any gaming campaigns we support as and when they wish, getting as involved as they wish and we have varying grades to reflect each community members level of integration and activity within the community (as well as an awards system!). We do offer an internal clan thats invitation only for some of the community members who are a bit more dedicated and looking for a more tight-nit, long term clan solution too. We are UK based with many EU members and we're officially ranked as Enjin's number 1 EU Clan site.

 

We have no silly rules or requirements, the rules we do have are based around common sense and fair play, so they arent really hard to follow! We run dayz events and activities, host our own Day Z EPOCH server, which is mostly cooperative play and base building with elements of PVP and also frequent the Musty Gaming public servers for some PvP action, where our members team up against other clans and groups!
