Infected heart attacks to de-aggro

These are not zombies, they are infected people. They are sick and most likely in deteriorating health. People complain that they are too fast, that they keep aggro for too long.

I propose that the infected should have a chance of having "heart attacks" as a way to de-aggro. This would help with the one or two infected that you can never seem to shake no matter how far you run. I believe Rocket has stated that he wants to have the infected in different states of health, this would play into that and also provide another way for defenseless players to lose aggro.
