Help me please, BT home hub user

Iv just downloaded and installed this game and had to spend severla hours trying to get it to work, i still can't, all download files and everything are in the correct place iv checked again and again, from what i can see its an issue with my routers ADLS setting need changing but you cant do that using BT's home hub 3 (which is what i have) and buying a new router for a modded game that i havent even played yet is impratical, dose anyone know how to get this game to work with BT's Home hub 3???

Please explain your problem in a format that will be more understandable. Also please explain any errors you get. We can't help you if we don't know what you "can't get to work."

so what exactly is the problem ?

most likely user error.. dont think your routers the problem here ..
