A higher spawn rate?

Teammate has been sick for several hours. We can't do much with his dodgy health and loud cough. Tried recycling a hospital for hours - no antibiotics.

Kind of stuck at this point. Not very fun :/

Kill people near Cherno.

Found 2 antibiotics today from 5 guys in total.

So droprate of antibiotics in Cherno's pathetic survivors is ~40%.
