I think I might be missing files for Day Z?

I just recently bought Arma 2 and all of the expansions like operation arrow head Ect, but when I try to run Day Z on a server it says that I'm missing  "Addon 'Dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E"

I continue to load Day Z and Im met with the title screen I go onto servers (though on most I cant seem to get on for some reason) and when it loads it says that I'm missing files that look alot like gun preferences like (Not accurate) File missing / scar L/ Ect.

It looks like Im missing some data and I dont know why This might have something to do with my "Arma 2 British Armed forces" pack and my "Private military" pack which both fail to load because I think it says "Missing executables" on the steam panel, and windows I think mentions that it wont start properly and It never loads... :(

 

I hope someone can help me with my predicament soon so I can soon get a start to fighting and surviving for my own virtual life  :)

I have run both before and both seem to work perfectly.

I've have verified all the files I have on Arma including the expansions and found 1 or two errors in there but another notice comes up when starting Day Z saying "Addon 'Dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_Dubbing_Counterattack"

Are you using DayZ Commander? Since you have the Steam version you would have to copy the ArmA2-Addons folder to the ArmA2-OA folder, but DayZ Commander prevents this by setting up automatically the correct startup parameters with the correct paths to the games.
