Inventory is invisible?

I can't see my inventory for some reason, I'm new to the game so bare with me.

On the upper part of the inventory there are the two arrows, One to the right and left. I clicked the one on the left a few times and eventually my inventory completely disappeared. Including the arrows, and I have no idea how to get it back. I've tried searching, but nothing comes up.

Has anyone had this happen to them? If so how did you manage to fix it? Any help would be appreciated

I may have fixed it...By accidentally digging into a prone survivors pouch, thinking he was a dead corpse. Eventually turned to look at me and I noticed the rifle and decided to high tail it out, the two arrows are still missing. But I can atleast see things

Something leads me to believe I may have just dropped my whole pack...

This is embarrassing. If someone finds a pack filled with beans on the dallas servers, you can have them.
