FPS when looking at ground.

Hello. My FPS when i look at the distance is 24~. But when i look at ground its around ~39 FPS. Is it GPU or CPU fault. BTW, when i go to Cherno or Elektro FPS is ~15. Again GPU or CPU?

I'm not sure what you mean? That's completely normal. In pretty much every game ever your FPS will shoot up if you look at the floor or sky because there's barely anything for your system to render.

 

What are your system specs?

GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GT220
RAM: DDR2 3GB

That's a very low spec system all around. I'd look at building a new machine if you want to improve your performance in DayZ as well as other games.
