Roleplay Servers

Well, I've been roleplaying in my whole 'game-life', I enjoy roleplaying, I think it's really fun to kinda, imitate real-life and I think a roleplay server would fit perfectly on DayZ. Although, what is the difference?

Well, those server should have specific rules, such as: no metagaming (but why?) because it ruins the whole concept of metagaming if you just take an idea of nowhere, base on whatever you know in-game and also, I've read the server rules, those servers would pretty much need exceptional rules for those who break the rules. And also, it would be way more enjoyable if everyone in the server actually roleplays, like: whenever you find a person, talk with him, get some information, perhaps team up with him, share items, ask how is where he came from, if there's a lot of zombies, etc..

I can note down a whole bunch of ideas, but for now I'll let it like this, well, what do you guys think about that? Is it a stupid idea, it would never work, it's pointless? Thanks in advance.

There are already RP servers in existence which have there own rules. US11 and US12 I believe, you will however need to wait for them to update to 1.7.1.5 as they are still at 1.6.0.1. and remember i can RP a bandit just as well as you can RP a survivor so why would there need to be rules?

Metagaming? Such as: if the server is populated, you see a video of a small group making a camp and you know where it is and you simply extract that information and use it in-game, I mean, on a roleplay server. Has to be different from other servers, you know?

Because lets face it, most people playing DayZ are not roleplaying either bandits or survivors... they're just playing sandbox deathmatch.
