Hello and welcome to the Chernarus Conglomerate. We are dedicated to helping the helpless and punishing the wicked for their deeds. We are a friendly group unless our feelings towards a group or person change for some reason.

 

You may choose to play as a Bandit or a Hero if you wish to join the Conglomerate. We do ask that if you play as a Bandit you respect our alliances with players and other clans on the server. Although if you do choose to play as a Bandit it will be harder to trust you and you will not have the same responsibilities as other members of the clan. This also depends on your job. If you are a part of the main fighting force we would expect that you would be a Bandit since you would be doing a lot more killing. We want to encourage helping the weak without discouraging no mercy.

 

Each member will be assigned a job, some will take longer to earn. When you pick your job keep in mind that you will be able to change it if you are unhappy with it. Each player will have a Clan Rank, a primary job, and a secondary job. Like certain jobs Clan Ranks will be earned.

 

The squad that you will join will depend on if you want to play tactical realism, a happy medium, or if you are just looking to have fun playing the game with friends and other. You can request to be in squads with your friends or other people you want to sign up with.

 

Jobs List

 

Primary Jobs

 

1. Base Management (Engineer)

- Organize Supplies and Gear

- Manage Defenses

- Design, Build, and Repair Bases

- Maintain Vehicles and Manage

- Access List

- Base Materials

- Fuel Trucks

- Storage Vehicles

- Base Defenses

 

While working in base management you will have input on how you want the base to look. You will be able to be much more creative with your designs. When a base has finished construction you can work in your secondary job until another opportunity presents itself.

 

2. 1st Infantry Division (2nd Job Determines Role)

- Main Fighting Force

- Used to control major cities

- Protect Convoys and Looters

- Access List (Dependent on 2nd Job)

- Armed Helicopters

- Armored Vehicles

- Armed Boats

- Weapons and Ammunition Requests

 

We strive to acquire a dominant and present military force. We encourage you to join the 1st Infantry Division. You will have weapons that you prefer, if the funds are present. You will also have access to armed helicopters and vehicles.

 

3. Economic Specialist (Looter)

- Loot Cities and Towns

- Earn a 10% commission

- Sell loot from Ai Missions

- Access List

- Helicopters

- Cargo Trucks

- SUVs

- Requested Escorts

 

This job, like all others, is paramount to the success of the clan. Without any form of funding we will most likely fail. We encourage you to become a looter. You will still be in combat and can choose a second job that will involve you more in PVP, if thats what you are looking for.

 

4. D.R.E.A.M Team 6

- Elite Soldiers

- When the Infantry can't do the job we call you

- Must be promoted to D.R.E.A.M Team

- Not active very much

- Will spend a lot of time doing second job

- Access List

- Armed Helicopters

- Armored Cars

- SUVs

- Requested Weapons

 

The elite fighting force. A spot on the team must be earned. You must prove that you are able to deal with situations in the game. You are expected to be silent and efficient.

Secondary Jobs

 

1. Chef

 

- Must have Base Management as Primary Job

 

- Supply food for the base and direct looters when food is needed.

 

2. Builder

 

- Builds the actual bases

 

- Gets instructions from designer

- May also be a architect

 

3. Architect (Must be appointed)

 

- Must be in Base Management

 

- Design the actual base

- May also be a builder

 

4. Infantry Sniper (Must be appointed)

 

- Must be in the 1st Infantry Division

 

- Will use a long range weapon

- Provide sniper support

 

5. Base Defenders

 

- Will protect home base

 

- Stand guard at the home base when there are none

 

6. Handyman

 

- Perform odd jobs and tasks

 

- ie. Chopping down trees for bases

- Picking up clan mates and allies

- If we have enough handymen then other people will not have to work as much :)

 

7. Caravan Helicopter Squad

 

- Your job is to protect looter caravans

 

- You will use an armed helicopter

 

8. D.R.E.A.M Pilot (Must be appointed)

 

- The most experienced and best pilots in the clan

 

- You should know how to fly any vehicle in DayZ Epoch.

- Expected to be very steady.

 

9. D.R.E.A.M Sniper (Appointed)

 

- Should be the best snipers in the clan

 

- Experienced and Patient

- Work with D.R.E.A.M Team

 

10. 1st Infantry Squad Leader (Appointed)

- Good with people

- Friendly

- Not based on actual battle skills

 

11. Job Ideas?

 

Squad Structure (Tactical Realism)

Each squad will have at least on person in each position. You will earn the position based on your performance during training.

 

1. Squad Leader

 

- Armed with medium range assault rifles.

 

- Direct team fire and movements.

- Highest position in each squad.

 

2. Fire Team Leader

 

- Armed with some medium range assault rifle.

 

- Commands a firing team within the squad.

 

3. Recruit

- Usually newer members of the squad.

- Usually armed with a version of M4 or an assualt rifle

- Part of firing team

 

4. Rifleman

 

- Equipped with a rifle, m14, and explosives

 

- Part of the firing team

 

5. Heavy Weapons

- Man turrets in vehicles

- Carry heavy weapons used for suppression

- Such as PKP and M240

- Carry high amounts of ammunition

- Part of firing team

 

6. Marksman

 

- Equipped with a long range rifle

 

- Highly accurate and trained

- Support squad with sniper support

- May have multiple marksman in a singular squad.

 

7. Scout

 

- Equipped with a silenced weapon

 

- Used to scout the enemy and locate positions

 

Training

 

 

 

We will hopefully have a server to perform training missions on sometime next week. We will have practices here for each squad and all clan members. If you have any questions about training ask doomdog747 on Skype. We will also train simply by playing wasteland together.

6. Don't act like you are better than other clan mates. Even if they are a lower rank.

@D3LTA Accepted. I'm going to be restructuring the clan and moving to a new server to have a fresh start. I'm thinking I get everyone I can and start working on a new server this Friday. I like the scour job idea definitely keeping that. I feel like a scout would need access to quieter vehicles like SUVs and such.
