no. Those logs are very common. This one looks like he/she damaged that SUV, doesn't look like a hacker.

Pretty sure that's logging damage when some crashes, try giving yourself a vehicle and have an accident, you should be logged.

1.000000 isn't massive :) It's bacically 1.0 and means it's been totally destroyed.

 

The extra digits are all the parts, 0.000005 could be a slightly damaged wheel, 0.000010 could be 2 slightly damaged wheels etc

0.800000 would be 80% damaged with most parts red

The only time you want to ban someone from setdamage.log is when you see 100-1000+ lines of the same line spammed within seconds of each other. Otherwise, don't ban anyone from it.
