Base Fuel Pump Help. Tying it to the generator.

Okay so at my clans base, we wanted to set up a fueling station, so we found the ural fuel truck, the portable generator, and the fuel pump. the problem we are having is tying it all together. Can anyone help. we would like to fuel our helis up at the base . instead of always flying to bolota.
