Only one spawn per building per player of loot and infected

I was at a barn and found a lee einfield, so decided to use up all the ammo for my shotgun first by killing a few zeds. So after mopping them all up i went into the barn, picked up the lee einfield, and noticed an entirely new set of loot had spawned (another lee einfield and mags). I then checked the rest of the barn and it had more loot too, and yep, ANOTHER lee einfield and ammo. So i went outside until the infected respawned and proceeded to kill them all again, went back into the barn of course there was more loot again.

This was all in the space of 5 minutes.

Suggestion: Buildings only spawn items and infected once for each player. Simulates the player having cleared the building but if other players come along loot and zeds will still spawn once for them as well. If the player dc's and comes back, obviously the items and zeds can spawn again. But loot farming from server hopping isn't the topic here; you can loot farm perfectly fine on the same server which needs to be fixed and would be easy to fix.
