Personally I think self-blood bag and autorefuel defeat the purpose of survival in Epoch. Overwatch or wasteland are more suited for them type of addons. If you are brand-new to the server, just make your way to the Stary Sober Trader and type "It's My Money, and I Want It Now!!" in Side-Channel.
