HFB Servers Support - Alternate Contact Information?

Greetings,

 

Does anyone have an alternate contact method for HFB Servers.  Perhaps an email address for management.

 

My server has now been down for over two days and they are not responding to my support tickets.   I even submitted a second ticket, thinking that maybe they didn't see the first one.

 

This is not typical of HFB in my experience.   I have always had good support from them in the past.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, just checked it and it is back on now.   Thank you all for your replies!
