Shea 13 Posted October 24, 2013 (edited) Check out Drunken Maniacs, their Epoch Taviana server is great.The server has modular base building; many things are up for discussion as far as buildings becoming permanent/non degrading. Updates are often and the the server admins IRA Skat and IRA seamus are on daily.
