Just because they have a hero skin doesn't make them a hero

ofcourse, thats dayz origins. where bandits are hero's, hero's are bandits and survivors are noobs.

for the record hero skins do not mean people are friendly they only mean the person has used a lot of hummanity points because of using medical supplies on others, they could have been in a bandit group and simply is the groups designated medic.

EDIT: its a low thing to do, to pretend to be something than be the exact opposite and then kill you.
