Is my PC good enough for Dayz?

Processor: AMD Athlon II X3 435 Processor (3 CPUs), -2.9GHz
Memory (RAM): 4096 RAM
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series
Operating System:  Windows 7 x32 bit

 

I've been getting bad performance on Dayz servers whenever I'm in towns, or when there's over 30 people on the server.
