Do Ghillie suits put you in water still?

Do you still log in, in the ocean if you equip the Ghillie suit?

Someone was nice enough to give me a ghillie suit (a random guy with civilian clothing on), i wore the suit and it put me into the ocean for like a split second. it looked like some kind of glitch then it went back to normal. So i guess it's fine.

I've been wearing mine since 1.7.0, haven't had any problems :P

OMGGG!! FK!! Nvm!! it's bugged...atleast for the camo clothing. I just wore it a few mins ago, and it put me into the ocean... fml

I wouldn't trust it yet. As far as i'm aware, it's still an issue for some people. Just keep any outfits you find in your inventory.

I've never found a ghillie suit (new player), but without fail every time I find camo when I log back in, boom, ocean. I wouldn't trust it yet.

Camo/Ghillie suit started working fine for me as soon as I upgraded to beta. I did have the glitch before this so I believe it may of been a fix. I have seen a few posts of people claiming it does still happen, but i'm yet to experience it again.

Yea it just teleported me into water in the building i was in. lost all equipped items.

My god...

The fix for this issue is extremely simple....

Kill a zombie after equipping it and it logs your character location in the hive. Thereby fixing the issue of it resetting your co-ordinates causing you to spawn in the ocean upon rejoining a server.

However whats happening in 1.7.2 is just stupid.

Camo and ghillie suit work fine with the beta patch. Haven't had an issue.
