Low fps

Hi i wanna know why im getting so low fps i cant get 10+ fps stables...

All the settings are put in low... idk what to change more 

 

sry for my english D:

 

Intel Core i5 3210M @ 2.50GHz 42 °C
4,00GB ram
Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Lenovo)
466GB TOSHIBA MK5065GSX (SATA)

A brief search yielded just one of many threads where they discuss this sort of issue. Please spend the 15 seconds next time so you don't have to create a new thread.

 

Your laptop is on the low end as far as performance goes. It's likely you can't make it run any better than you already do.

There is your problem. (And your Intel HD Graphics 4000 isn't a real graphics card, it's not made for gaming.)

Edit: Your computer is incredibly close to our computers in school, and they suck.
