are there any good servers that have an overall friendly survivor population but aren't one of those no pvp, carebear servers.

I've honestly had the best luck finding random friendly people on the public hive (US3480).

The TMW (trusted medics of the wasteland) servers are US1503 and EU2419.  They're both public hive, welcome PvP, but are generally friendly as far as our regulars go.

I could suggest "any empty server" but that might be a little cynical.

 

It depends on what you play.  I know musty.com and 64bit gaming both have busy Epoch servers.  I play the over watch and standard chernarus servers, though those are much quieter. :thumbsup:
