Making zombies/infected a bit more noticeable at night time.

Hi all,

I just thought of a small feature that could be added to make zombies presences known from not to far away, but not so they are completely in your face without realizing. This is only an idea so don't bitch about it.

The idea was about making zombies eyes glow a tiny bit of red or whichever color would be preferred so you know what you will be getting into.

I think it would be silly to be able to see the eyes from massive distances away, but if the eyes would only glow when they are looking in your direction, and at a mid way distance, maybe 10 meters before they can be aggro'd?

I believe this fixes a massive issue with night being so dark to some people (I personally think the atmosphere of night time now is good).

Leaving your opinions on this below would be nice, thanks for reading.
