Problem joining server

Hello im having a problem when joining my brother,when i join the server it kicks me.i dont know why we both have different accounts and we dont have this problem with other games :(.

Can any one help me with this problem?

what is the kick message?

 

and if its just "you where kicked off the game" does your brother see an error message in-game?

No he does not get any message he can just keep on playing.

if your getting "you where kicked off the game" at the bottom left of his screen it will usually give an error message saying why that person was kicked (in this case that person is you),

 

when it disconnects you, what error are you getting?

None i get kicked as soon as the game gets on

and no error message appears on your screen, you just get returned to the main menu?

 

and when your brother is ingame, nothing comes up at the bottom left when your getting kicked?

Im thinking that it might be that we are on the same connection

unlikely, aslong as your both using separate copies of arma 2 and your both using separate steam accounts, it should be fine, if you both join different servers does it work?

There is no problem when we are on different servers and we both have seperate

Does this happen on any server you both try and join?
