Arma II Arrowhead problem

Ive got a question, And i dont want to touch the boundaries on piracy, but here is my problem. (Read the whole thing)

 

I Purchased Arma II and Arma II AO on Wildtangent about 5-6 months ago, they both downloaded and worked fine.

 

I have since reinstalled windows & Upgraded my PC. 

i went to re-download the games tonight, Arma II installed perfectly via their installer, however, Operation arrowhead downloads to 100% and then restarts at 0%, over and over and over....

 

I have 2 Legitimate CD keys for Arma II AO (and one for arma II)

i found one from an old purchase that i had made a long time ago.

 

Either way, Keys are legit. and im sure there's some way Bohemia can confirm that and maybe allow me to download the game from them?

I tried asking for help on the Wild tangent forums, but they are a bunch of idiots and seem completely confused and out of touch with reality.

 

My other question, is it right to torrent the game? As long as my CD key is legal?

 

I can provide Pictures, Proof of purchase, etc. 

 

Just someone help me out if you can, I hate to see my purchase go to waste...

I would advise against a pirated version, not because of morals etc but because it will of been altered to not need a key/registration :)

 

Best way forward is to Contact BI Studio and explain that your digital download keeps failing and your support from Wild Tangent is shite, they will want to see proof of purchase and know what the keys are, but they will help :)
