Strange lag.....

I dont think it has anything to do with FPS but I could be wrong.

 

Even when it says im getting 60 FPS I get this lag every 2-3 seconds. Its like a split second lag that occurs every 2-3 seconds.

 

My FPS seems to be all over the place. It jumps between an average of 20-60 FPS in seconds. Of course the closer I am to cities or towns the worse it gets jumping from 15-40 FPS.

 

Any ideas? Are the two issues related maybe?

 

 

 

Dont remember my exact graphics card but its a pretty good Gigabyte Raedon AMD one. 7850 GPU i think but not sure.

 

I got an i5 proccessor.

Ive been looking in to eventually getting as SSD. Im gonna go ahead and try the RamDisk thing. How do I set that up? I already have it downloaded.
