When I try to join the server this is the error which I get,can someone tell me how to fix this problem ?

Are you using "Play with six" to launch ?? 

 

becuase all you do is open "play with six" up pop our IP in, where it says in the bottom left hand side orange box "update" click it and once installed just press launch, its quite easy
