Admin on EU 40 Cheating

The admin of EU 40 "Rajko Stojadinovic" (in-game name) is abusing his powers hes spawning with same gear and same spot me and my team killed him repeatedly then banned me and my friend for calling him out for what he did you need to check his actions somehow our in-game names are [unit] Tommy and [unit] Ash

Maybe you should explain why your inventory in the db is only starting gear, while in-game on 5 times respawn you had a CCO and ALICE pack every time (even tho i hid all the bodies around there, also, how did you get to the same spot so quickly every time (<30sec)) ?

The first time i spawned i got you with my friends gun, lucky enough, the second time i came back i got you with an AK that i got from running straight to the Firestation then towards the store, not to mention there were 3 of us not 2 of us.

Oh & yes, provide the logs of us starting in with starter gear & perhaps unedited logs of what you were spawning in with yes?

Because he wasn't using powers' date=' he was clearly using a hack. (My friend posted without knowing, he figured they had powers, i just told he they don't and he's like "ooh so the kids actually hacking on his own server")

I was respawning to get back to the "Store" seeing as i wanted to get this kid that was clearly cheating.

Not to mention you're his friend so get out his hole.

I want to know how you both got servers in the first place? You've been accused multiple times yet no admin has even looked into it? that seems bullshit to me.

Funniest part was when he said the reason he spawned in the same spot with the same gear the first time it was because he used alt-f4 which im guessing is bug that hes abusing but it being a hack sounds more reasonable

And the cco you seen on my body was the one I took off your body before you relogged in the same spot with another cco.

I was on EU 40 Last night till about 01:30am GMT. All i saw throughout a 5 hour session was loads of deaths and lots of talk of shootings in the big cities constantly.

Oh and the odd cheeky chappy using the side channel voip to make odd sounds:D

Fact of the matter is that these servers are privately funded and the tools available "to prove" anything are limited if not non-existent. Other multiplayer games like starcraft have nearly all information stored by Blizzard, server side and the only arbiter in the decision making is Blizzard. Blizzard only has to convince Blizzard.

Here, the chain of proof is Rocket - Limited Staff - Private Admins - Players. Tell me how a guy who is paying $50-$100 dollars a month for his friends to have a reliable server to play on, is suppose to "Prove" that someone was hacking. He has server logs created by the software given to him by Day Z/Rocket/Staff but who is to say that the admin didn't modify the log to get someone banned. You can easily copy hacking script into a file and paste a name. Is the admin suppose to fraps the whole event? If he does you can just say that the fraps was edited for content...or that what is seen in the fraps is misinterpreted. Furthermore if the log file isn't proof then he has to actually killed you while frapsing to get your name. If you are hacking it can be hard to kill you. (you can hack yourself 100% body armor and teleport anywhere you click on the map with the right scripts) Plus the admin will need a court certified observer there to watch the admin gearing up all day, frapsing, killing hackers, and looking at log files. A well established server that has been around for months will have dozens of cheat complaints everyday......how much money are you paying for this fair and partial arbitration? Oh right....Day Z itself is free and not even finished yet.

This reminds me of a Dave Chapelle skit. Dave goes in for jury duty for the R.Kelly child porn trial, and he tells the lawyer questioning him that it would take "the girl sitting there with two forms of government idea, R.Kelly peeing on her, a police officer, 4-5 of his friends with Neil taking notes, and R.Kelly's grandma taking photos" to prove that it was indeed him on the video tape.

You are playing this game on a private server that is running someone else's free game that is a mod of someone else's game that is virtually no longer supported. The burden of proof is not and should not be on the admin who is paying for the server, it is going to be on the player to prove that he wasn't hacking. Unfortunately, that isn't entirely fair, especially if hypothetically an admin is not only hacking, but intentionally getting his jollies from getting non-hackers banned.

Life is imperfect....the Federal Reserve is still inflating our money supply and American citizens can now be arrested and detained indefinitely, and not subject to habeas corpus.

Long story short' date=' we killed this dude Rajko after finding his base on skalisty island. Video shows us finding his hacked gear on his dead body. Seconds later he teleports in with the exact same gear and kills us. The chat and our forum conversations confirms it was indeed him. Needless to say we were shocked to discover he is the server owner for EU-BIGBO, the 'unofficial hive funserver'. Now he's trying to pin everything on us calling us hackers and what not.

Clearly my squad has the real proof of what happened. All you have to do is watch the video. This guy should [b']not be allowed to run a server, let alone an unofficial one, let alone even be allowed to play ArmA2.

There are existing hacks that delete server logs. I know it's crazy BS. They do exist I've seen them before! :S
