Server EU 40 - Owner Cheats

Admin of the server, EU 40 cheats.

I admit cheap move on our part, my friend saw him log in & face stomped him.

Seconds later, the guy spawns up behind my friend, kills him, i come round the back, Admin runs through the front, kills my other friend [Theres 3 of us around this store], i go back round and i get him, few seconds later i die by shots in the back (Though i heard and saw no one previously i figured it was a friend, but he just logged in himself?).

I get lucky spawn at the factory, grabbed a gun from my friends body, this kid is already here camping the Store, i run in & get a glimps as he starts firing, i spin we both die.

My friend in the mean time is running there, he gets there Bam admin is there again. They kill each other (Am assuming they both die at the same time due to lag?) Am relogging constantly, finally get Prid, run there & what do you know this kid is already here with the same gear & i can clearly see his dead body near by with the exact same gun.

We get banned, he accuses us of cheating, saying we spawned 5 times with CCO which is what he was spawning in with.

We all lost our gear, while he gets away scott free, obviously we had no time to record anything & with the 20FPS i play with currently i doubt i could even record anything.

There is nothing we can actually do i take it? He banned us all from his server (Which i thought wasn't possible anymore)

Edit: td:lr What pisses me off the most is we probably got nothing against him there for nothing will happen, so basically just a heads up thread for the community, don't start on EU 40, the admin cheats.

- I mean literally search on these forums EU 40, i was curious to see if anyone else had caught him before and wadya know.

Bump, it appears a lot of server owners and admins are breaking the rules. We need a dev specifically focused on cleaning up some of these servers.
