Chicago 34 Admin abusing reset

I didn't have a way to document this, but felt i should give a heads up that admin is doing irregular resets that seem to be tied to vehicle loss statements.

This admin is abusing the power more frequently now, just like the OP has stated. He will restart the server 5 times in a 10 minute period until he gets the spawn he wants.

Yes, I've had to move servers because of this, and also, his use of battleye chat to question if I stole his vehicles. This I believe is unfair, and outside the spirit of the game, because I cannot ask other players the same question if they had stolen mine. I've been trying to desperately try an move my items and tents off-server since lately Chicago 34 has been offline more than on.

P.S. To answer Padre Patrol's (Admin) question. Yes I stole you vehicles. I had 10 that I lost due to the move because of your bad admining and being a sore loser.

How did I know they were yours? Well, since after I found someone in battleye asked me If I did, I assumed they were yours. A friend of mine was also asked after we found another group of vehicles.

I can confirm what the OP, Beans, and Phifty have said. Two nights ago (Wednesday, 27 July), the admin (Padre Patrol) restarted the server 5 times within the space of 10 minutes between 10pm and 10:15pm Eastern. I confronted him about it in chat, and he admitted that he'd crashed his car whilst performing "jumps," and proceeded to threaten to ban me for "vulgar language."

This admin is definitely abusing his admin privileges to benefit himself.

the other day the server was being reset frequently and the reason I was told was to try and flip a car back over.

I guess we can try to get it, but isn't five people with the same complaint pretty good? I think there might be another thread or two on the same subject.

Five people reporting it warrants attention from the devs, which you guys have been given, but you need evidence before any punishment is given out.

There's plenty of people accusing other people of all sorts of things on the forums. Hard evidence is the only way to make sure the right people get banned.

I agree, hard evidence is needed.

However, I find it funny that black lists are issued only with hard evidence. But server bans do NOT require hard evidence. As in, it seems as though a server ban is incredibly hard to appeal to, even if there is no evidence to support the ban in the first place.
