Cant see or join any servers

So I've been playing dayz since it was first released, about a month ago I stopped playing and then a couple days ago tried to get on and when ever I start up dayz and go to multiplayer screen there are no server showing up and I cant join any by remote either, but when I try to join a server through daycommander I just stays on the "wait for host" screen for hours and I literally mean for hours.

I've deleted and reinstalled dayz, arma 2 and oa altogether and am still having this issue.

 

I have the game and mod installed on a another computer and it works fine but on my newer rig I just cant join any servers

 

help would really be appreciated. thanks.
