Items Falling Out of Main Inventory

Is anyone else having an issue that when they pick up or drop an item that goes in a weapon slot or in the tool belt, your items from your main inventory fall out?

Whenever you pick a Key item (Map, Watch, ETC) or a weapon, the game automatically drops all kinds of AMMO you're carrying that you do not have the weapon to use them.

It annoys me, probably will be fixed, idk.

Same problem, however I found an Alice Backpack and since then it seems to have stopped happening.
